Age Restriction and Terms of Use
You must be 21 years or older to visit and use this website. By accessing Vip Brands Collection, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to them in full, or if you are under 21, please leave this site immediately.
Vip Brands Collection reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Your continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of any updated terms. If you breach these terms or are under 21, your access will be terminated automatically.

General Policy Overview
This Return & Exchange Policy should be read together with our Shipping Policy, all available at Vip Brands Collection.
Return Policy
At Vip Brands Collection, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. However, in rare cases where an exception is made:
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping under a promotion, $40 will be deducted for shipping and handling.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts:
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping costs are not refunded.
If the package was shipped free of charge under a promotion, $40 will be deducted for shipping and handling.
If the returned package arrives damaged due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, you will be responsible for the full cost of the order.
Exchanges and Store Credit
Exchanges or store credit are evaluated case by case and are only available in the following situations:
✅ Damaged Products
If your product arrives significantly damaged, Vip Brands Collection shipping insurance covers you as follows:
You may receive an identical replacement if the product is in stock.
If the product is out of stock, you may be eligible for store credit for the purchase price.
✅ Incorrect Orders
If the item received does not match your order receipt:
We will ship the correct item once we receive the incorrect item back using a Vip Brands Collection-provided return label.
If the correct item is no longer in stock, you will receive store credit for the purchase price of the incorrect item.
Order Cancellations
All sales are final. However, if you need to cancel an order that has not yet been packaged or shipped, a refund may be issued at our discretion, subject to a 10% restocking fee.
