You must be 21 years or older to visit and use this website. By accessing Vip Brands Collection, you agree to our terms and conditions. If you do not accept these terms in full or are under 21, please leave the site immediately.

Vip Brands Collection reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of this website implies your acceptance of any changes made. If you breach any of these terms or are under 21, your right to use this site is automatically terminated.

Shipping Policy Highlights

  • Shipping Insurance: We provide free insurance on all orders to cover lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

  • Minor Damage: Vip Brands Collection is not responsible for minor cosmetic damage or spillage during transit but we ensure your order is delivered in perfect condition.

  • Lost Shipments: We are not liable for lost packages, due to hold requests or delivery rescheduling on your part.

  • Failed Delivery: If your package is returned due to failed delivery, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, and shipping costs will be incured if the order must be reshipped.

  • Damaged Returns: If a returned package arrives damaged due to failed delivery attempts or refusal, you are responsible for the full cost of the order.


Order Processing and Delivery

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday will ship within 1–4 business days.

  • Ground shipments placed before 2 pm PST ship within 1–4 business days.

  • Express shipments placed before 2 pm PST ship the following business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends ship within 1–4 business days from the following Monday.

  • Warehouse Location: Beaverton Oregon

  • Shipping Area: We do not ship outside the U.S. or ship to P.O. boxes.


Alcohol Purchase Requirements

By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 21 years old. An adult signature is required upon delivery. All products purchased are for personal consumption only and not for resale.

  • Sales Tax: Are not applied on your first order but will be applied  on your second order based on your state regulations. 

  • Out-of-Stock Items: All products listed on the website are available and ready to ship.

  • Address Changes: Must be requested promptly. Vip Brands Collection will try to accommodate but cannot guarantee changes if requested late. Fees may apply.


Title and Shipping Laws

Title to all goods passes to you in Oregon when your funds are processed and the carrier picks up the order. You are responsible for complying with all state and local laws regarding alcohol shipments. By ordering, you appoint us to arrange shipping on your behalf and confirm compliance with your state laws. You agree to indemnify Vip Brands Collection from any liability arising from shipment violations.


Delivery Expectations

  • Delivery Time: Please allow 2–5 days for delivery depending on your location.

  • Signature Requirement: An adult over 21 must sign upon delivery.

  • Order Issues: Report missing or incorrect items within 3 business days of delivery. Email us photos of incorrect items sealed, along with your order number.


Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails and your package is returned:

  • 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping fee will be paid if you want your order reshipped.

  • You are responsible for the full cost if the returned package is damaged.


Packaging and Damaged Items

We take great care to package orders securely using durable boxes and foam cushioning. Notify us of extreme weather conditions to hold your order if needed. Vip Brands Collection is not liable for damages caused by weather during transit.


Limitations and Disclaimers

Vip Brands Collection is not liable for incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages related to your use of this website. If you disagree with any terms, discontinue using the site immediately.

Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, including acts of God, civil unrest, wars, strikes, or natural disasters.


Order Cancellation

All sales are final. Cancellation requests before shipping may be refunded at our discretion, minus a 10% restocking fee.
